Get trained by the Dallas Police Department (DPD) to be a Volunteer in Patrol (VIP) on the trail! Join our community liaison Officer Mark Lutz at the Preston Royal Public Library for a two hour training session as we roll out this new program, which will be the first of its kind in the City. All are welcome to attend! If the program is successful, DPD will expand it to other trails and park areas.
