Friends of Northaven Trail does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on purchases unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Because many of our products are limited-run fundraising items and proceeds directly support the Northaven Trail, all sales are considered final.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
